Shipping policy

We're excited for you to receive and begin fully experiencing what the RANCH ROAD® Cargo System has to offer. That’s why we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The RANCH ROAD® Cargo System is an oversized shipment and is available for $50 UPS Ground shipping (per unit) on all orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are available at an extra charge. Please contact support@ranchroadcargo.com for questions about these orders. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Other items such as accessories and add-ons will incur a shipping charge dependent on weight if purchased on their own.

All services are provided by UPS. UPS shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
